Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes).
  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.


 

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees once the shipment arrives in their country.

 

Order Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Frullato is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier, contact us at support@frullato.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
