Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened Products: You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Opened Products: Because our products are consumables, we are unable to accept returns on opened packages unless there is a quality issue or error with your order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@frullato.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items or promotional bundles

  • Any product not purchased directly from Frullato

 

B2B / Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are considered final sale. Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.
