Unopened Products: You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Opened Products: Because our products are consumables, we are unable to accept returns on opened packages unless there is a quality issue or error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
